Thanks for the great game!
Full album here, https://airsofter.world/en-us/user-gallery/view?id=2434 or on the App, just find me there.

I'm still trying to get the hang of the older camera to be able to bring it in the field more to take pictures during events. I might change out the lens next time or get a bit closer to the people to get better action shots. The difference with the light hitting the lens is such a difference from the other camera. But practice makes perfect and you get some pictures of yourself playing.

The new layout of the Frysen Arena has my brain going in many circles to change the games to work on this map. It is fun to test things and hear the feedback of the players.

Next weekend, Norway!

This is why I build the Airsofter World Games website parallel next to Airsofter World. With each step we go further, new things need to be added and the structure need to be reworked.

Now multiple events are clearly visible per year. Then that is ready for next year when we have an event on 2 different fields.

I know it's not mobile friendly, but that's all I can do at the moment. :D

Feedback is welcome.

It was a week of meetings, talks with the Swedish Federation, talk with the Airsofter World communication group and some other calls that I can't say much about yet.

In the mean time I'm also prepping the weekend game at Moss in Norway where together with OMS we planned another great weekend.

Missions ready, car is loaded and I'm looking forward to a nice and busy weekend!
One of the powerful tools of Airsofter World, Media linked to events.

Adding an album to your profile and linking it to an event makes it possible for all people to easily find the pictures of that event.

For Berget 22, already 3 people linked their album to Berget 22 and you can find it on the event page.

It's been an interesting week of catching up on things that I didn't had the time for in August. Some stuff is just boring but needed, such as financial stuff. Other things are more fun, such as creating the rest of the year calendar and discussing 2027 plans.

I have a list of things I postponed and scratching one after the other.

I'm also working on a new page for the website that explains Papa Company. It took me a while to include it as I felt it wasn't ready yet. But now I feel it is ready and it's coming.

This Sunday there is the first Berget video watchparty and on Saturday we have a tech and chill day with some friends from the area.

Besides all that there were some really interesting meetings that I can't tell much about yet, but if this goes through, ooooh that will be so awesome.
It was time to update the Ares Alpha training for Bellum. This will be the 5th training session for all people joining Bellum.

I noticed that a lot of people don't use the full potential of Ares Alpha and I'm glad that I can give these training sessions so people are up to date of what is possible.

I also get requests from organisers about Ares Alpha. They should dive into the system the most as that is where most of the magic happens.
Something that I'm proud of, Papa Company.

I wanted to share the story but not as a normal blog post. I want to keep adding to the story as we go.

I think I found a good place on my website under 'Partners', at least for now.

What started at Berget 19 has evolved in an awesome group of people that have a great time during events like Berget.

You can read the full story here, https://verageairsoft.com/papa-company/
Oh, an update I forgot to do.
Together with others from the Swedish federation we worked on the needed documents to have more associations joining the federation.

The whole process is slow and needs to be done correctly with the time and energy people have to spare.

All of this is done voluntarily with the passion for our hobby.

A lot of that time is spend on doing things behind the scenes and it's often taken for granted the work that is being done. Even I forget to post the things that we're doing because it's 'not as fancy'.

I need to remind myself to spread the good work they are all doing!

Almost there, The Airsofter World Community Partner program.

Something that I have been working on for a while to bring in some more funding for keeping Airsofter World alive. Every little thing is expensive to keep it up and running. Finding that funding has always been a challenge.

The goal with the AWCP is to create a stable income source to keep the servers up and running.

This week I'll be sending out the emails and information to the people I know. This is always the scary part, the unknown if it will work or not.

But I'm confident that this will be a good push in the right direction.
On 15/09 I organise a information meeting for Swedish organisers to talk more about Airsofter World. I feel it's hard to explain the setting, the reasoning and the future in a message. So instead I invited 40 organisers to this info meeting.

A lot of the organisers I already talked about the project so I was nervous to send it out. You never know what the response will be.

Airsofter World is one of those project I believe is needed in our community and can lead to great things. Damn, it already lead to great things and is still doing that. Even I forget that sometimes. Look at EAF and the Airsofter World Games.

I'm looking forward to the meeting and hope that many organisers show up to listen to my talk.
The Ares Alpha trainings are done.

In total there were 3 training sessions. One fore each HQ and one for all players. I believe that this is a really needed something to make sure that all player are up to date before the game.

It also brings out some interesting things that otherwise need to fixed on site.

Bellum is next week and I'm looking forward to again join this event!

Airsofter World Updates & News

The past year we have been working an various project in and around Airsofter World.

In this September 2026 update we go over,

- Airsofter World Community Partner
- Airsofter World App
- Organisers information
Eshooter has send their new compact smoky tracer. I really liked the bigger version and I'm very curious how this one will perform on the upcoming Bellum event.

Having the flash creates an extra challenge but it also adds to the emersion of the game. Seeing all the branches and leaves light up every time you shoot is really cool!

They did gave me a discount code for if people want to try it themselves and if you use my link, I also get a small kickback.

Use this link to order yours, https://eshooter-world.com/?ref=verageairsoft . and use Code: Verage, for some extra discount.

Yes, video is coming!
I ran out of cards to give out to people and that's something that is bad. I use the cards as a way to promote what I do and bring people to my website and social stuff.

As the cards were made years ago, it was time for an update.

Airsofter World has been added as a social platform I use. The website was something that was missing on the previous batch and I'm happy that I was able to add it in now. This also includes the email where people can reach me.

They came in yesterday, perfect timing for Bellum as I only had one card left.
And yes, a third update for today.

Bellum 2026 is around the corner and I look forward to a game where I will be just leading a small squad in the bigger group.

Bellum has been a game that we went to from the start and we didn't miss an event yet. Bellum has evolved into one of the 2 games that are always on our calendar. The location is so different than other locations I play on and it's fun to play a point driven game.

I hope this year my camera doesn't get shot and I can bring you a Bellum 2026 video of what we have been doing.

With friends on both sides, the engagements are always very fun.
See you tomorrow boys and girls!
