Bellum Events is getting closer and closer, prep is in full swing on both sides and you can feel the competition vibes getting stronger.
While Bellum is a Big Game with a command structure, it is also a competition to get the most points and win the game. Last year we, Sparta, ended with a 0,6% point difference. You can barely talk about a win at that point. Let’s kick some more ass this year and make sure the difference is bigger.
Now while the competitive drive is growing, it is amazingly fun to play against good players. Because I know a lot of players on the other side, you give it your best to kick their asses. This results in very fierce firefights and ‘keep going’ mentality.
While other years I already knew what I was going to do, this year I don’t. There are some variables that make it difficult to pin myself to a role. Also last years experience as a Platoon Commander wasn’t great. I might actually go into the field as a squad member and follow orders instead of giving them.
We’ll see. One thing is for sure, I’m looking forward to another year of Bellum!
