Ares Alpha, you know I love it!

As a player I got familiar with Ares Alpha during Bellum Events and from that point on I was sold.

Not long after I started using it in games I organised myself and I have been doing that since that. Ares Alpha has grown to the main tool for organisers to bring a versatile and flexible game for organisers. It’s simplicity to introduce props and perks to players and the ease of use for airsoft players makes it the ultimate tool for organisers on small and bigger games.

Even after all these years, I learn to use Ares Alpha in more different ways to bring new games to the players. Each organiser has their way of introducing Ares Alpha in their games, this shows how versatile it is.

Last weekend I did the games for OP Borderline ( https://www.viken-airsoftspill.com/ )by Viken Airsoftspill here in Sweden and of course I used Ares Alpha, with everything I knew.

Tracking, players were able to see team mates on the map and HQ could make decisions based on that information.

POI, adding markers on the map and information to those markers, makes it easy for players to get the correct information for a specific mission. As an organiser I can easily change things on the fly if I have to. This during day or night time missions. I was even to change things while not being on site for a few hours.

Perks, UAV, EMP and Gold were the perks I used but there and I used them in various ways. Some were used as a mission objective while others were used as objective. I’m not going to share all my secrets but I can say, use your creative brain to use the possibilities that are available.

Props, the ATBs, Miniboxes and the Targets are the physical props made by Ares Alpha. Yes, you can combine your own props but the integration with the tracked props makes an organiser life a lot easier. Here I also used the props in a different way that most other organisers and that shows again how fun it is to be creative with the props. The props are also the best airsoft props that I have ever used in games.

Finding the fine line with giving information to the players during the game is a challenge for me as an organiser, but that’s what makes doing this so much fun. I learned a lot last weekend and I look forward to already change up some things for next event.

Next big Ares Alpha game here in Sweden is Bellum Events (https://bellum.events/) where Ares Alpha also is the a backbone of tracking and props.

Yes, I’m very proud to have Ares Alpha as a partner for games and that’s why they have a special part on my website, https://verageairsoft.com/ares-alpha/
