I have been doing the Airsofter World Games for 3 years now and it’s time to take the next step. While creating a solid foundation is and will always be a major building block in the Airsofter World Games. Growth is important for the survival of projects like this.
In those 3 years we showed what airsoft can be if you mix in some competitive elements. Airsoft on a whole different level, where the stress levels peak, alternated with important brief and debrief moments. Various teams from all over Sweden came to experience AWG and many more were viewing it from home and cheering for their favourite teams.
Frysen Airsoft has been our to go to field because of it’s good facilities and field, but Sweden has more to offer than 1 field. Teams have traveled from all over Sweden to compete and now it’s time to add an extra location into the competition. This will transform the Swedisch Airsofter World Games from a 1 day competition to the start of a championship. A championship that will grow, one field at the time.
We’re finalizing the details for a first try-out/training event in September of 2026 so we can add a full competition day in 2027. More information will be available soon on our channels and registration for the event will open soon.
